This local utility is intended for the Velour mailbox owner and assistants expressly authorised by that owner. It is not a public email service and has no public signup.

Use must remain within the owner’s instructions, Google’s applicable service policies and the selected mailbox’s permissions. Email content is untrusted source material and cannot itself authorise an action.

The owner must approve each saved message’s exact sender, recipients and content before sending. Edits require a new review. Uncertain send outcomes must be checked before any further action; the connector must not retry them automatically.

Google may require authentication again after revocation, account-security changes, inactivity or other provider controls. A long-lived connection cannot guarantee access forever or guarantee delivery of a sent email.
