Purpose and data used

The owner-operated connector accesses the selected Velour Gmail mailbox to read requested messages, prepare drafts and send individually approved emails. This can include message headers, sender and recipient addresses, subjects and message content.

Storage and processing

Google OAuth credentials and private drafts are stored in Velour’s isolated private mail store on the operator’s Mac. Credentials are not placed in this information website or shared reference library. The local interface displays requested mailbox material and saves drafts for review. Selected content may be used by an authorised assistant when the owner requests that work, subject to the owner’s existing data-sharing and tool permissions.

Limited use

Google user data is used to provide the requested mailbox features. This connector does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and retention

The owner can revoke the application’s access in their Google Account connections settings. Revocation stops future authenticated access; it does not automatically erase existing local drafts or records. The owner controls retention and deletion of those local records. A connection grant is not approval for an email: every send requires approval of the exact saved message.
